What We're Looking For:

Our Strategy team members are at the heart of our client relationships, helping clients navigate complex market research projects while discovering new ways to address business challenges. We are seeking to add a new member of our team who is driven, independent, and passionate about working for clients’ success. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, client-focused environment, while valuing the opportunity to make on-going contributions to client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role will provide the opportunity to showcase your research knowledge coupled with your intrinsic motivation to connect with and be a vendor-partner with professionals at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Bellomy has over 100 employees and more than 40 key major clients. Our client retention rate is 100% from annually almost every year. You will be asked to manage referral opportunities for new clients as well as to be a proactive ambassador for our brand to connect with new on-target prospects.
  • Client Qualification: Ensure prospective clients align with Bellomy’s capabilities and long-term relationship philosophy to provide world-class service.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful dialogues to meet unique client needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Develop and present tailored solutions to prospective clients by understanding their specific business challenges and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Bellomy Strategy and Client Services teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Professional Storytelling: Use your communication skills to connect with potential clients and clearly articulate how Bellomy’s services can address their needs.

Who You Are:

  • You’re an experienced researcher with a deep understanding of market research methodologies, including full-service custom research (beyond just panels and platforms).
  • You have a proven track record in building strong client relationships and generating consistent sales growth.
  • You possess consultative selling skills, with an ability to connect with decision-makers and develop trust.
  • You thrive on learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies in consumer insights.
  • You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth of the business.

  • This is remote position that will include some travel to be on site with clients and client prospects and at industry conferences. You will also be invited to attend an annual all-company experience at Bellomy in NC.
