As a Bellomy Presentation Designer, you will be creating visually captivating reports and presentations that effectively convey complex data and ideas to diverse audiences. Collaborating closely with client service teams and key stakeholders, you will leverage your expertise and creative view to create compelling visual narratives that align with project objectives. This position will report to the VP, Deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Storytelling: Translate complex business concepts and data into visually compelling designs that engage and inform audiences, driving meaningful engagement.
• Creative Development: Create high-quality presentations that align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Data Integration: Seamlessly integrate data from various sources into presentations
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Template Formatting: Support build of industry-standard PPT templates for consistency across presentations. 
• Customization: Customize color schemes when necessary, create infographics, and incorporate dynamic transitions and animations to enhance visual appeal and interactivity.
• Collaboration & Multitasking: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Training: Developing and sharing out training resources to client service teams on design principles and resources

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a presentation designer or PowerPoint specialist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency, impactful presentations, and creative excellence. Strong preference for a background in creating reports and presentations within the market research industry or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field. Additional related education or experience in market research preferred.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, including advanced features such as animations, transitions, and interactive elements. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create visually appealing documents and integrate data seamlessly into presentations.
• Solid understanding of design principles and layout composition.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
