About the presenters:
Parker Mincey works in the Social Research Group at Bellomy, where he uses a variety of methodologies, though his primary focus is qualitative research. Prior to his career in consumer insights, he used traditional qualitative research methods in field-based research in anthropology.
Oakley Cline conducted his first website usability test in 2006, far before user experience research was a common practice. He has nearly a decade of experience as a researcher, most recently with TD Ameritrade's digital client experience team. Prior to that he worked at an agency managing research across industries including financial services, healthcare, and utilities. Oakley prides himself on concise data visualization and creating actionable recommendations based on user research.
